SHIPPING INFORMATION
-Shipping will always be STANDARD Shipping. No EXPRESS Shipping is available at the time. Shipping period can take up to 15 days for the Americas, 25 days for Europe/Middle East, and 30 days for Asia and Australia. I can alternate between FEDEX, DHL and CORREIOS as the shipping providers! Tracking will always be included.
Possible TAX import payments, such as european VAT, are NOT COVERED!

-Due to COVID, many countries can have shipping restricted at any moment during production. If that happens and I am unable to ship, you will be given a choice to either wait until shipping is available again or be refunded!
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
As the store is managed only by me, there is no need to return the product! I can manage the exchange or refund without any problems. If the product arrived defective (scratched, dented, broken, wet, ripped etc.) please contact me by email so I can send you a new one, or refund you!

TAKING CARE OF YOUR PRINTS
- All my prints are water resistant with either BOPP or varnish, but avoid keeping the print in wet or moist places!
-Keep the print out of DIRECT SUNLIGHT! This causes color fading. If you are able, frame it for increased durability!

WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO SHIP?
-I manage all stages of the production process myself: production of prints, cards, posters, labels, packaging, etc. Depending on the number of orders, this can be take a bit of time.
-My business partner, MIMOCADERNOS, also has a solo and handmade production that requires time and affection to produce the notebooks! We want to deliver the best product to you!
-We are working to improve our production method and manage to deliver in shorter deadlines. But for now, we'd rather have a longer delivery time so we don't sacrifice quality!
